The Press
The Press is a traditional Argentinean metal cooking frame for slow-roasting large cuts of meats or whole fish over an open fire using the radiant heat of the pit. This ingenious accessories will allow you to smoked whole fish and slow cook whole set of ribs or pork belly on the side of the fire pit while you are grilling.
The Portico’s side-bar bracket system lets the press lean at adjustable angles for perfect control.
